We maintain an inventory of replacement parts for any products we distribute. Factory authorized technicians are available to service any make and model of fireplace, stove, or insert that we sell. We also offer "tune and clean" services to your existing fireplace.
Tune and Clean
Regular care and maintenance will extend the life and performance of your fireplace. To express our appreciation, we would like to offer you a special service at a discount rate off of our regularly priced service plan.
The "Tune and Clean" service includes the following:
Check operations, clean glass, refresh rock wool embers, sand, vermiculite, and lava rocks as needed, and perform a CO (carbon monoxide) test.
